Common Questions
All products are held in UK stock. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, and express next-day options are available at checkout for orders placed before 1 PM, Monday to Friday.
Yes, we ship anywhere a parcel can be delivered. For a quote, email sales@stereointegrity.co.uk with your full address, the products you want and quantities.
Yes. All prices shown include UK VAT at 20%, so the price you see is the price you pay for the product.
Every Stereo Integrity product carries a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from exceeding rated power, clipped signals or physical misuse is not covered. Full details are on our Warranty page.
Stay within each product's rated power. Exceeding it voids the warranty, but running less is perfectly fine, as power handling is a limit, not a requirement. Our SQL subwoofers perform very well on 250–500 watts.
Yes. For a 2-way set, cross at 3,000 Hz. Keep the M3 Carbon midrange above 500 Hz. For a 3-way set, use 500 Hz and 3,000 Hz, with the whole set high-passed at 70 Hz or higher. See the Mounting Guides for fitment details.
Yes. Unused, unmounted products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery with a Return Authorisation. A 25% restocking fee applies to non-faulty returns. Faulty items are covered by your statutory rights. See our Returns page.
