These terms apply to all transactions conducted through our website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in order to place an order.

You may place orders as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your account or placing an order
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at sales@stereointegrity.co.uk

Orders & Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products specified at the price and on the terms stated. Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract — a contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation.
After placing an order you will receive an automated acknowledgement email. This is not an acceptance. We will send a separate order confirmation once payment has been verified and stock confirmed. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for the following reasons:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued
- There is a pricing or description error on the website
- We are unable to verify payment or the order appears fraudulent
- The delivery address cannot be serviced
- You have previously breached these terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days using the original payment method.
We take care to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur between the product listing and the physical product. All specifications are provided in good faith based on manufacturer data. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system fault, we are under no obligation to honour the incorrect price. We will contact you to inform you of the correct price and give you the option to proceed or cancel the order.
- Payment is required in full at the time of ordering
- We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout
- All payments are processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store your card details
- Your payment will be taken at the point of order placement
Stereo Integrity UK Ltd is VAT registered. Our VAT registration number is displayed on your invoice. VAT invoices are available upon request.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
- Standard delivery is available to mainland UK addresses
- Delivery options, timescales and charges are displayed at checkout
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched
- Delivery is to the address specified at checkout — we cannot redirect orders once dispatched
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Legal title (ownership) passes to you only upon receipt of cleared payment in full.
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply. If you do not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to treat the order as cancelled and issue a refund minus any delivery and return costs incurred.
We currently ship to the UK only. For international enquiries, please contact us at sales@stereointegrity.co.uk.

- Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted
- Products must be returned in their original factory packaging in unused condition
- You are responsible for the cost and safe return of goods unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service — we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us
Approved returns of unused, unmounted products are subject to a 25% restocking fee, in line with the manufacturer's policy. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We will cover all associated return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
