Warranty

3-year limited warranty on all Stereo Integrity products. Built to last — backed to prove it.

3-Year Coverage

All Stereo Integrity products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase.

At our discretion, defective units will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at original purchase price (excluding shipping).

For manufacturing defects, Stereo Integrity reimburses return shipping up to UPS Ground or Royal Mail Parcel rate, whichever is lower.

Limited Warranty Policy

Coverage

Stereo Integrity warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Stereo Integrity and/or its designated representatives shall have all final determination about the validity of a warranty claim.

All sales are final. This warranty does not constitute a right of return for products that have been used, mounted, or tested.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or abnormal conditions of operation — including but not limited to use in professional sound/PA systems and car stereo SPL competitions.

Blown voice coils are not covered under warranty.

This warranty is limited to Stereo Integrity equipment only and does not extend to any other equipment connected to or used with this product. We are not responsible for damage to connected equipment arising from the use of our products.

Obligations and Limits

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the original purchase price (exclusive of shipping), at our option, for any product returned within 3 years of original purchase — provided we determine the unit is defective and was used in compliance with these terms.

Warranty is non-transferable. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only.

For defects caused by misuse, neglect, or abnormal use, repair or replacement may be offered at a nominal cost subject to your agreement. No shipping costs will be reimbursed in these cases.

Return Authorization (RA Form)

When making a warranty claim, you must include a completed Return Authorization Form. The RA Form can be printed and filled out by hand and included in the return packaging.

Products returned without an RA Form will have no action taken until the form is received. Products held for 90 days without consent to repair or replace will be considered abandoned and scrapped.

There is a 25% restocking fee for approved returns of unused, unmounted, brand-new products.

Packaging and Shipping Requirements

All returns must be sent in the original factory packaging. If the original packaging is not available, Stereo Integrity can supply packaging materials for a £25 fee plus all related shipping charges.

Products must be sent prepaid and insured for full retail value. Products sent uninsured or underinsured and damaged in transit will not be reimbursed or covered.

Turnaround on received warranty products is a minimum of 2–4 weeks.

The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Stereo Integrity shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Know Before You Claim

What Is Not Covered

Blown voice coils are not covered under this warranty regardless of the circumstances. Voice coil failure is typically the result of overpowering, clipping, or extended use beyond the driver's rated limits — all of which are outside normal operating conditions.
Products used in car stereo SPL competitions or professional sound/PA systems are not covered under this warranty. These environments routinely exceed the intended operating parameters for consumer-grade audio equipment.
Products that have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or abnormal conditions of operation are not eligible for warranty coverage. This includes improper installation, exposure to moisture, physical damage, or use with incompatible equipment.
This warranty applies to Stereo Integrity equipment only. It does not extend to any other equipment or product connected to or operated with our products. We are not liable for damage to connected equipment arising from use of a Stereo Integrity product.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Products purchased second-hand, through unauthorised resellers, or transferred to another owner are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Making a Warranty Claim

Contact Us

Email sales@stereointegrity.co.uk with your order details and a description of the fault. Include photos where possible.

Complete RA Form

Download, print, and complete the Return Authorization Form. Include it inside the return packaging.

03

Pack and Ship

Repack in original factory packaging, insure for full retail value, and send prepaid to our Newton, NC facility.

04

Resolution

We'll assess the unit within 2–4 weeks of receipt and repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Manufacturing Defects

If the product failed due to a manufacturing defect, Stereo Integrity will reimburse return shipping costs up to standard ground or parcel post rate. Costs above this threshold will not be reimbursed.

Misuse or Damage

If the failure is due to misuse, neglect, or accident, repair or replacement will be billed at a nominal cost and no shipping costs will be reimbursed. All repairs are subject to your prior agreement.
